Why does my Credit Card Statement say KMAC ENTERP or KMAC Enterprises?

1.) Is My Order Secure?
A.) Your order is and ordering information is secure using the latest encryption technology available to us. We protect your information, and never sell, trade, or otherwise compromise your identity. We do collect visitor data, which helps us conduct business, what keyword you searched for instance, what browser you used, so that we can check how it was displayed and what brought you here.
2.) Why should I order from you?
A.) We are open 24 hours a day and internet shopping allows you the convenience of shopping any time you choose. You avoid traffic, parking, crowds, and shop right from the convenience of your home or office. Additionally, in most cases, if you are shopping for a gift, we will send that gift to whomever you choose in the United States, so you avoid additional time packaging and shipping. We don't claim to be the cheapest or the most expensive. What you will get is outstanding customer service, quality products, and Continued Service and Shopper Specials allowing you discounts when they are available, and sometimes even your choice of FREE gifts. We have an opt in newsletter which allows you to discontinue at any time, so you can choose when you wish to be informed, or ..wish not to be informed. We work hard to answer you questions and phone calls usually within 24 hours of receipt, and respond in most cases much sooner. We've been online since 2004, and we intend to be here a long time. Rest assured that you are our number one priority.
3.) What if I don't like the product or if I want to return it?
A.) No problem! We give you a generous 10 days to look at your purchases and you may return them for ANY reason during that 10 day preview.
4.) Does that mean I have to return the product within 10 days?
A.) No! That means you have 10 days from the day you receive it to contact me and let me know that you want to return the product. I will allow a full 30 days for its return, including your original shipping charge. You are responsible for the return shipping.
5.) What if UPS has damaged the product?
A.) If your package appears damaged don't accept it. If product is damaged due to UPS mishandling, and you aren't at home when it arrives, Please let us know ASAP so we can arrange to and assist in filing a claim with them, and ship you out a new product.
6.) What if I order and you are out of stock?
A.) Occasionally, this occurs with ALL retailers. We will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of 1.) Waiting for the product to come in, and expected time we expect to have it or...2.) A full refund of your purchase amount, 3.) Another product similar to your purchase. If the similar product is less, we will refund you. If its more, we will send it to you at no additional costs up to $15.00, after the $15.00 we would ask you to pay the difference.
7.) How long does it take to receive my order?
A.) We generally ship your order within 24 hours. Occasionally, during peak seasons, it may take us up to 3 days to ship your order. You will generally receive it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. For this reason we don't offer OVERNIGHT shipping, as its 2 to 3 times the cost, and may still take up to 3 days for you to receive it. We do allow you to add rush to your order at the checkout, which will usually get it to you in 3 to 5 days.
