Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to fifteen(15) business days for delivery of in-stock items depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii are an additional $10.00 shipping fee and if you fail to add it to your cart at checkout, please note that your card will be amended to reflect the additional shipping fee and you will be notified immediately. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
For DHL Rush Shipping please add that to your comments in your order. DHL Rush orders are approximately 40% of your total order and charges will be ammended to reflect the rushed shipping fees.
 

Smaller Packages take just as long to set up and ship as larger packages, and the containers are more costly as well.  I strongly encourage you to save your dollars,  purchase another item and take advantage of lower shipping costs.  The more you buy, the more you save!

Returns & Exchanges

We give you a generous 10 day preview to examine your product! You may return it if you aren't satisfied with NO questions asked for a full refund! After ten days we will accept returns of Merchandise in restockable condition for up to 30 days from your date of purchase for all orders up to $50.00. For orders above $50.00 there is a 20% restocking fee due to size and costs of shipping and refunding. Merchandise must be in its original container, not damaged or used. Return Shipping Costs are not refundable and are done at your expense. If merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, do not accept delivery. If damage isnt noted until after opening, you must first file a claim with the shipper. In all instances of returning Merchandise you must first request an authorization by email or by phone! No merchandise without a return request authorization will be accepted.
